Plas y Bryn provides specialist nurse-led care for adults living with complex mental health needs, in a safe and welcoming environment close to the North Wales coast.
Through personalised care planning, high staffing levels and a collaborative approach involving families, professionals and the resident at the centre, we support people to maintain their independence and remain within the community wherever possible.
We support people with conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, acquired brain injury and mild learning disability, often alongside secondary diagnoses, behaviours of concern or physical health needs requiring experienced nursing support.

Our Approach
Our experienced nursing team includes both Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), Learning Disabilities Nurses (LDNs), and General Nurses (RGNs). We provide 24-hour clinical oversight and specialist support for residents with complex mental and physical health needs. They work alongside trained and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers who focus on making everyday life better, promoting independence, choice and meaningful daily experiences.
