Fairfield Nursing Home in Heswall is a warm and welcoming 30-room home, offering personalised care in comfortable, newly refurbished surroundings.
Being a smaller home means our team can really get to know each resident – their individual needs, preferences, routines and the things that matter most to them. Families are warmly welcomed and encouraged to be part of everyday life at Fairfield, helping us create a friendly, familiar and homely atmosphere.
Our experienced team provides 24-hour care and support for older people, including those with more complex health needs, with qualified nurses providing clinical oversight day and night.
Following our recent refurbishment, residents can enjoy comfortable bedrooms, welcoming communal spaces and accessible gardens. Set within a pleasant residential area of Heswall, Fairfield is also conveniently located close to local shops, amenities and transport links.

At Fairfield, our caring and experienced team is here 24 hours a day to provide reassurance, support and high-quality care whenever it is needed.
Our team includes qualified nurses, senior care staff, care assistants, managers, housekeeping colleagues, cooks, wellbeing staff and maintenance colleagues, all working together to make Fairfield a safe, comfortable and happy place to live.
Our trained nurses provide clinical oversight day and night, working closely with residents, families and other healthcare professionals to support individual and more complex health needs.
Our team gets to know each resident personally, understanding their routines, preferences and wishes. Ongoing training and development help ensure our colleagues have the skills and confidence to provide compassionate, person-centred care every day.

A lot has changed at Fairfield since October 2025. We have made significant improvements and are awaiting a new inspection from CQC.
