Croeso i Rhoslan. Rhoslan Care Home is a warm and friendly home in the peaceful seaside community of Rhos-on-Sea, providing high-quality residential and dementia care in comfortable, homely surroundings.
Proudly rated Excellent in three areas by Care Inspectorate Wales in August 2026, Rhoslan has built an excellent local reputation for its caring team, welcoming atmosphere and individual approach to care.
Residents are supported to live life in the way they choose, with personalised care, companionship, meaningful activities and outings, while families and friends are always made to feel welcome.

Having worked at Rhoslan for six years as Deputy Manager before becoming Registered Manager in May 2024, I am incredibly proud of our home, our team and the warm community we have created together.
We understand that moving into a care home can feel daunting, both for residents and their families. That is why we take time to listen, understand each person’s wishes, routines and preferences, and provide care that feels genuinely personal.
At Rhoslan, we want people to feel comfortable, valued and very much at home. From home-cooked meals and meaningful activities to companionship, outings and quiet time when it is wanted, life here is shaped around the individual.
Above all, we care for every resident with the kindness, dignity and respect we would want for our own loved ones.
