Set in the beautiful seaside town of Rhos-on-Sea, Plas Isaf is a welcoming residential care home where warmth, reassurance and genuine relationships are at the heart of everyday life.
Families often describe the lovely, relaxed atmosphere they feel from the moment they arrive, and the kindness of a team who genuinely care. Many of our staff are local to the area, with some speaking Welsh, helping create that all-important sense of familiarity and belonging.
Our attractive, purpose-built home offers comfortable living spaces and landscaped gardens, while its fabulous coastal location keeps residents connected to the community and everything Rhos-on-Sea has to offer.
Life at Plas Isaf is about more than receiving excellent care. It is about feeling respected, supported and at home. From enjoyable activities and home-cooked food to companionship and a friendly cup of tea, the little things matter here.

Having worked with Rosewood Healthcare for over 20 years, I feel privileged to lead Plas Isaf and contribute to the strong reputation it has established within our local community.
I’m a very hands-on manager and enjoy being involved in everyday life at the home. Our smaller size means I can genuinely get to know each resident, their family and the people I work alongside.
I’m incredibly proud of the team we have developed and the relationships we have built with families, visiting professionals and outside organisations. For me, the greatest benefit of Plas Isaf is that close sense of connection, where people are known as individuals and everyone works together to make our home a happy place to live.
