At Rosewood Healthcare Group, our homes offer each resident has their own private room, most offering en-suite facilities. Each room has a call system so assistance can be given whenever it's needed. Furniture and soft furnishings are provided, although some residents prefer to bring their own with them. Residents are able to have their own telephone in their room, and TV and radio as required.

Communal areas are spacious and bright. All homes have large lounge rooms equipped with TV and quieter spaces to allow for reading or quiet reflection. A very high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout.

We ensure that every home is fully equipped with everything to keep our residents safe, comfortable and mobile.

All our homes are specially adapted to provide easy access for wheelchairs and walking frames, specialist beds and bathing equipment is available when needed and you will find well positioned handrails in all toilets and corridors.

All homes have pleasant, well-tended gardens which allow residents to sit out or continue an interest in gardening if they so wish. Our gardens have even been known to inspire residents to take up gardening for the first time in their lives.

Our homes are non-smoking and there is a strict security system in place which requires all visitors to sign in on entry.

Our Staff

Rosewood Healthcare Group recognises that by providing long term care support to older people, we take on a special responsibility. All people who live or work in our homes and all people who visit are treated with respect and dignity, which can only be achieved by recruiting the right people to work with us.

We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a team of dedicated, highly trained and experienced staff. All members of the care team achieve at least NVQ level 2 in direct social care, with all managers achieving the manager's award. Highly qualified RGNs provide care within our Nursing homes.

Above and beyond professional qualifications we recruit people who are naturally patient, caring, warm and friendly. We want people who are able to build up special warm relationships with our residents, while still maintaining professional standards and boundaries. Our staff are here to ensure that you have the best quality of life within a home environment.
